Your account, protected.

Signing in

• Your password is never stored as you typed it. We keep only a bcrypt hash, so no one, not even anyone at Wibely, can see it.
• Turn on two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app, with backup codes and trusted devices.
• The keys behind two-factor sign-in are encrypted.

Knowing it's you

• We email you when your account signs in on a new device.
• See your devices and remove any you don't recognise in Settings, Manage devices.
• Every watch has its own sign-in. We tell you each time one signs in, and signing a watch out never signs out your phone.

Your data

• Everything between the app and Wibely travels over HTTPS.
• Our database is encrypted at rest.
• We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.
• Wibely Plus is paid through Apple or Google. We never see your card.

Your choices

• Choose who sees each post: public, followers, friends or only you.
• Notes are private to you and open with Face ID or your fingerprint.
• Delete your account any time, and have a copy of your data emailed to you first.

Protect your account

• Turn on two-factor sign-in in Settings.
• Use a password you don't use anywhere else.
• Never share a sign-in code. Wibely will never ask for your password or a code.

Report a security issue

Found a vulnerability in Wibely? Email info@wibely.com, starting the subject with "Security", with what you found and the steps to reproduce it. Please give us a reasonable time to fix it before sharing it publicly, and don't access, change or delete other people's data while testing. We read every report and reply as soon as we can.

Report a post, review, comment, list, message or person from its menu in the app. See our community guidelines.
