Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your Wibely account and data.

Delete from the App (Recommended)

The easiest way to delete your account is directly from the Wibely app:

  1. Open the Wibely app and go to Profile
  2. Tap the Settings icon (gear icon)
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm your decision when prompted
  5. Your account will be permanently deleted

Instant Deletion

When you delete from the app, your account and personal data are removed immediately.

Delete via Email Request

If you can't access the app, you can request deletion by email:

  1. Send an email to from your registered email address
  2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
  3. In the email body, specify what you want to delete:
    • Your account only, or
    • All associated data (including usage history, preferences, and personal information)

Processing Time

We will process your request within 72 hours and send a confirmation email once completed.

What Data Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is affected:

Chat messages and conversations Permanently deleted Immediately

Deletion Timeline

Request Received

We acknowledge your deletion request via email confirmation.

Immediate Deletion (Within 72 hours)

Account info, profile, preferences, wibes, lists, and chat messages are permanently removed.

Backup Purge (Within 30 days)

All backup copies and transaction records are permanently deleted from our systems.

Completion Confirmation

You'll receive a final email confirming all your data has been deleted.

Important Information

This action is irreversible

Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. This includes all your wibes, saved lists, chat history, and preferences.

Before you delete, please note:

  • You will lose access to all your saved wibes and lists
  • Your chat history with friends will be deleted
  • You won't be able to recover your account or data
  • If you sign up again, you'll start with a fresh account
