Delete your account.

Two ways to do it, what gets removed, and how long it takes. Everything goes, and it cannot be undone.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Wibely and go to Profile
  2. Tap the Settings gear
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm when asked

Your account and personal data are removed immediately.

By email

  1. Email info@wibely.com from the address on your account
  2. Subject line: Data Deletion Request
  3. Say whether you want the account only, or all data with it (history, preferences, personal information)

We process it within 72 hours and confirm by email when it's done.

The timeline

  1. Request received.We confirm your request by email.
  2. Deletion, within 72 hours.Account, profile, preferences, Wibes, lists and chat messages are permanently removed.
  3. Backups purged, within 30 days.Every backup copy and any transaction record is deleted from our systems.
  4. Done.A final email confirms all your data is gone.
This cannot be undone.

Once deleted, your Wibes, saved lists, chat history and preferences are gone for good. Sign up again and you start from an empty account.
